Some features of Connected Devices (eg. Bear) involve the processing of information relating to your child, such as voice messages and routine preferences, at your direction and under your control. Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase, described further under "Tracking Technologies and Cookies" below, are used only to understand how parents and other adult account holders use our App and website, and are not used to collect or process information generated by your child's use of a Connected Device, such as voice messages sent through ConnectChat™ or Device-to-Device Chat.

Product Service Information: When you use our products and services, we collect your profile picture, time zone, IP address, country location, and voice recordings.
Voice and Audio Messages: Connected Device allows you and your child to exchange voice messages through ConnectChat™, and allows your child's device to exchange voice messages with other Connected devices (eg. Bear) that you have expressly approved as contacts (for example, through Device-to-Device Chat). Children cannot independently add contacts or communicate with users who have not been approved by a parent or legal guardian.
Voice messages are transmitted securely, stored only to provide the messaging functionality, and are accessible only to authorized account holders and approved recipients. Voice messages are retained in accordance with the retention period associated with your subscription plan and are automatically deleted when that period expires, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We do not make voice messages publicly available.
Voice recordings are encrypted during transmission and stored using secure cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect these recordings against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Routine Management: If you use the routine management features of the app, we collect the schedule and routine preferences you configure for your child (for example, bedtime or story-time routines), in order to operate those features.
Connected Child devices (eg. Bear) does not have a camera based video capability, and we do not collect photographs, video, or camera monitoring images of your child through the Connected Child device, nor do we collect health, sleep, movement, heart rate, blood oxygen, or biometric data about your child.
By enabling and using features such as ConnectChat, or Device-to-Device Chat, you acknowledge that Hubble Family Care will process your voice recordings and other information as necessary to provide those features. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before processing your personal information.
